Presenting Bangladesh's
First Open Badges Implementation Case Study

In Bangladesh, advanced IT talent development has been advanced through the JICA technical cooperation project "B-TopSE," culminating in the issuance of "Open Badges," the international standard for certifying learning outcomes.
This seminar welcomes government officials, university representatives, and industry leaders from Bangladesh to Japan, who will discuss the background and outcomes of this initiative, along with the role that internationally standardized skills certification plays in the rapidly advancing mobility of human resource across Asia, and the new possibilities it opens for education DX and advanced human resource development.
This is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from local government officials and program participants about Bangladesh's innovative efforts, which are rarely introduced in Japan.
We hope this seminar offers educational institutions and companies interested in overseas expansion useful insights for shaping their future human resource development strategies.
